I am a native Californian. I was born and raised in Redondo Beach. I loved growing up in Redondo, the South Bay & Los Angeles County. I still very much love it here. Best weather anywhere! I love the Ocean, the nearby mountains, deserts and all the many activities available here including great music & sports as well as the many cultures here that make up our wonderful community. I am a graduate of Redondo Union High. I also attended El Camino College & earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Pepperdine University. Early in my career I worked for TRW aerospace as a Statistical analysist & completed 10 years of service.
Forward to 2020. I have 30 years real estate sales experience. TRES Brokers recently celebrated our 23rd year in Downtown Hermosa Beach. I am an; Owner, Broker, Realtor & MLO. As our firm can assist with Mortgage Loans through our many wholesale lending partners. I have completed numerous transactions, single family houses, multi-family properties, apartment building, some commercial & land. TRES Brokers main specialty is residential properties throughout most of Los Angeles County. I enjoy the Real Estate Business in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals of home ownership & real estate investments. Some of my clients have netted sellers hundreds of thousands of dollars or more in profit. I love being my own boss. I love the fact that I can set my commission rates making our services a bargain. I was born at home in Adrogué Argentina, just outside of Buenos Aires.
In my 20’s I left Argentina and I traveled across Europe and the UK is where I learned English. Within a few years I immigrated to New York City NY. After a few cold winters in NYC I made my way to Sunny Southern California where I met my husband James, settled down and bought a home.
It is a wonderful feeling to assist people in reaching the American Dream of home ownership as well as assisting investors in buying & selling their properties. Owning a home and investing in real estate can be an excellent vehicle to build wealth.
I had a variety of jobs in the USA but when I got the chance to become a real estate agent, I jumped at the opportunity. For 23 years I have the satisfaction to see many renters become owners.
I have seen ups and downs in my business although real estate always succeeds because it transforms itself and then grows more positively than ever before.
Having lived in South America, Europe and then US & New York I had always dream to live in California. Southern California is so diverse in nature such as mountains, rivers, ocean, deserts and giant trees. Also, I love the city of Los Angeles for its cosmopolitan face. Further, I would not want to live any place else because in my opinion we have the best whether in the whole world.
